Within 60 days you may return new unused merchandise for a full refund. After 60 days or more, you will receive a store credit on Lupinepet.com. Refunds will be made using the same method of payment that was used when the order was placed.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of our receipt of the package. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 4 business days), and the time it takes your bank, credit card company or Pay Pal to process our refund request (up to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Completed" link under the My Account menu. Choose the "Return Item(s)" button. We'll notify you via e-mail once we have received and processed your return or refund.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship to locations within the United States and Canada. We do not ship Internationally.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please note that tracking notifications can take 24 hours to reflect updates.
Within the USA, we offer USPS standard shipping for $2.99. We also offer UPS Next Day Air, Second Day, and 3 Day Saver with rates based on weight and location. Orders shipping to Canada will generate the actual shipping cost based on weight and location.
Orders placed before 2PM (EST, M-F) will be shipped the same day.
UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select, and UPS Next Day Air are based on business days.
